How do I get to the Right Route?

We have several meet points, the easiest one is located near Science World (1455 Quebec St, Vancouver, BC V6A 3Z7), you can esialu reach this place by boat, SKY TRAIN or any other public transport.

The second place - is on the opposite side of Down town, Coal Harbour parking Lot (451-499 Denman St, Vancouver, BC V6G 3J1) - this place is very convenient coz it has lots of parking places where you can leave your car.

What if I’m late returning my rental EUC/E-Scooter?

No worries, just inform us in advance and be ready to pay some extra fee per hour.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel your booking for a full refund with minimum 24 hours notice before your departure time. Due to limited space on our public tours, no refund is possible within 24 hours of tour departure. Read our cancellation policy for more details.
Please Note: We may be able to reschedule your booking if unforeseen circumstances arise. This is based on tour availability.

Do I have to book a tour in advance?

Accepted Answer

Yes, please book a  tour in advance as space is limited. You can book your desired tour and departure time on our bookings page. If you’d like to join a tour departing in the next 24 hours, please 👉👉 contact us directly to see if we can find you a place.

Where do the  tours start and end?

Accepted Answer

All excursions end at the place where they started. The starting point, time and date are indicated on the card of each excursion.

Question 7

What time should I arrive for the tour? What if I’m late?

Accepted Answer

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the tour departs to allow time to sign the waiver and prepare your e-scooter/unicycle and helmet. Excursions start exactly at the specified time. We cannot wait for late guests as it affects the experience of other riders. If you're running late, try calling as we can help you catch up with the group.

Should I tip my  tour guide?

While not mandatory, tipping is appropriate and our guides certainly appreciate it for a job well done! As in other service-based industries, tipping encourages the outstanding service that our guides continue to provide. Please consider this when planning your monetary needs on the tour.
