How It Works

We can be flexible on rainy days or if we are given a couple hours heads up if you need to make a change to the arrival time. Afternoons tend to fully book so being able to shift your booking depends on availability and is not always possible

Everyone who uses scooters must sign a waiver. Minors must be accompanied by a guardian/parent aged 18 or older. Sign a waiver before you arrive to save time as we screen everyone

You must present a valid photo ID (driver's license or passport) at check-in. Medical cards are not accepted. *Save a photo of your ID on your phone as a backup as we store your ID for the duration of the rental*

Walk-ins are always welcome but we highly recommend booking online as we tend to fully book in the afternoons. Early mornings are usually ok. Online bookings are prioritized

We only accept major credit card payments. Cash/debit is not accepted

Standard picking up and return the inventory at 10 AM from Devonian Harbour Park or West Vancouver

*Prepayment for booking is non-refundable within 24 hours before pick up.

Electric Scooter - rental now available (First come first served)

*50% off for graduated students 

Everyone must have a picture I.D 
We provide helmets and locks(No Charge).
Provide a credit card for temporary hold (a pre-authorization)
The pre-authorization is $750 for each E-Bike, $100 for each E-Scooter.
For minors; 
Minimum age 16 can ride an e-bike with parents. 
Read and sign all rental documents, including a waiver release.
Wear a helmet (it is required by law) and complete our free and easy training.
